The Writer on a stage beside a glowing teal circuit wall — Floor 15 of the HIP IP Tower

THE WRITER — FLOOR 15, THE TOP OF THE TOWER

Coffy Town began in a foster child's imagination.

Found alone near the railroad tracks where she was abandoned by her mother, The Writer was discovered by the Panthress Savior — a guardian who saw something ancient flickering behind those young eyes. The Panthress carried the child into the Garden, where Dawn of Time raised the girl with agape love and nourished her old stories, fueling her imagination with the quiet hum of creation itself.

The child began to write and to draw pictures...

Stories poured out — strange, beautiful, dangerous stories — and the land listened. Brick by brick, block by block, Coffy Town rose around those words.

Welcome to the 15th Floor where The Writer works alone, at a small desk, ever-expanding Coffy Town with character, voices, locations, and assets — keeping currency and conversations circulating with episodes of mystery, conflict, and resolution revolving through a pimp-noir musical score, broadcasted on Coffy Town Radio Theater.

THE WRITER AS A CHILD

Before the Tower, before the Garden, before Coffy Town existed, there was only the child by the train.

A long freight train cut across the horizon, smoke trailing behind it like a warning. The last car — the red one — was the only bright thing in the landscape. The child reached toward it, not knowing why, only knowing that something was ending and something else was beginning.

That moment became the first story The Writer ever carried.
A story of rescue.
A story of transformation.
A story of being found.

The Panthress Savior arrived soon after, stepping out of her chariot, a yellow Fleetwood Mack Cadillac from the shadows of the clouds, landing near the railroad tracks. She lifted the child into her arms and carried her toward her destiny.

THE MYSTICAL STAIRWELL — THE ROOFTOP POOL

At the bottom of the page, the stairwell waits.

Its teal glow hums with something old — something sacred. This stairwell leads to the Rooftop Pool, a place where the air feels different, where the water remembers things, where the sky bends in ways it shouldn't.

What happens here?

The Rooftop Pool is invitation only. Reserved for sponsors, VIP guests, perceptive Sleuths, and friends of The Writer, who accept her, flaws and all, and do not judge her or her Players & Pearls — broken misfits who have found a home in Coffy Town where pain leaves wounds that only truth can fix.

Emcee Skawla, town cryer, host of The Water Reports

There will not be another special event by the rooftop pool until Sweetest Day Weekend. Request an invitation.
